I completed my tertiary education at the University of Southern Queensland in 2011, and have been a Registered Psychologist under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) since 2012. Since that time I have undertaken a range of employment opportunities including psychological assessment and therapeutic roles. This has included supportive services for vulnerable and at risk families and children, psychological assessment and support for bariatric patients, and private clinical practice.

I use evidence-based psychotherapies to support my clients to adopt new thought processes towards life situations. It is important to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix – it is a healing process that takes commitment and participation from the client and the therapist alike. Making small changes in behaviour and learning to cope with painful feelings can bring about positive life changing results.
“The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.”
William James
